How to Buy Tickets 
With a single transaction, users can purchase a maximum of 30 tickets in one go.
The availability of tickets is subject to schedule changes until the transaction has been completed with payment confirmation.
The purchasing of the tickets is concluded by making the payment and receiving confirmation of the transaction.

Once the transaction is completed and payed, you cannot change or cancel the reservation.
Payments can be made ​​by bank transfer or paypal, following the online instructions.

Confirmation of purchase

If the payment was successful, the system displays the purchase confirmation containing the identification code of the transaction.
At the same time the user receives an e-mail confirmation of the purchase with an indication of the type of ticket purchased, the price paid and the method of collecting the tickets.

Terms for collecting tickets 

The ticket can be picked up at the ticket center, following the submission of the purchase confirmation received by email.
Tickets can also be picked up by someone else other than the online purchaser.


In the event of cancellation by the user or a wrong purchase, there is no refund of the price paid for the ticket. It is also not expected a refund for tickets that have been purchased but not collected.
